What data and why
When you send a request through the form, I receive your name, email or phone and your message. They are used only to answer you and prepare your tour.
Legal basis: your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or email, those services’ own terms also apply.
Who else sees the data
The message passes through the site’s hosting (HOSTiQ, servers in the Netherlands) to my mailbox. Data is not sold, not used for advertising and not transferred outside the EU.
How long I keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. If a tour took place, invoices and related data are kept for 10 years as Italian tax law requires.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or trackers. Your language choice is stored only in your browser and is not sent anywhere. Fonts are served from our own server.
The hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, time of request) for security.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can object to processing. Write to elenakamyanska@alice.it.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
